    great product poor client aftercare

    I ordered this product along with a few other small items sadly on arrival I was two short .I emailed straight away but this was ignored so I decided to phone up to let them know.The guy was rude and he hung up on me .
    I have used this company before with no problems but I don't think I will bother now until I receive an apology.
