FULLCLEANCENTRE has opted to use TNT and parcelforce for the majority of deliveries throughout the UK, Highlands and Islands. We have found that they offer the broadest range of service and can cope well with the demand of both home and business deliveries. For some of the items we may use a different courier.

Standard Delivery

The normal service offered is 24 hours, normally all stock items that arrive by the internet, phone or fax before 1.00p.m will be dispatched same day . Occasionally due to volume of work, especially after long weekends or holiday periods, it may take an extra day to be dispatched. The cost of standard delivery (if charged, please check item) £2.50+vat (Zone 1).

If any item is out of stock, it will be dispatched for next day delivery as soon as FULL CLEAN CENTRE is restocked. If FULL CLEAN CENTRE dispatch part of an order, FULL CLEAN CENTRE will be liable for any further delivery charges to complete the order.

A card will be left and then you can arrange for re-delivery. If you do not call them courier will try next working day. 

Damage and Loss in Transit

Claims for damage to or loss of, any item whilst in transit must be made to sales@fullcleancentre.com within three working days (in the case of damage) or within seven working days of the notified arrival date. Claims for damage cannot be considered if the goods are signed for as "not inspected". Claims for loss cannot be accepted if the goods are left without a signed receipt.

For security reasons, we are unable to make deliveries to BFPO addresses or PO Box Numbers or addresses which are not secure. The contents of your order, delivery services and destination will determine the delivery rate you will be charged. This charge will be added to your basket at the checkout. Small orders (up to 2kg) will normally be dispatched via Royal Mail. All orders over 2Kg will be dispatched by carrier. Occasionally, orders may be sent in more than one consignment; however you will only pay one delivery charge per order. Delivery will normally be between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays); We are unable to make timed deliveries. Whilst every effort is made to meet delivery dates, the FULL CLEANCENTRE shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages incurred directly or indirectly from any failure to meet an estimated delivery date. A signature will be required as proof of delivery. This signature will also be proof of safe delivery; it is essential that the person signing for delivery checks for damage prior to signature, as we cannot accept responsibility for damage following signature. Checking is paramount; we cannot accept responsibility for goods signed for as "Unchecked". Ownership of the order will pass to you at the point of delivery. If you are unable to sign for delivery, it will be necessary to complete the alternative delivery instructions section at the checkout. Where delivery is made without a signature, ownership will pass to you at that point. Failure to complete the alternative delivery instruction section satisfactorily, may result in additional re-delivery charges being made. The fullest delivery instructions are vital; house name and village are not sufficient. In non urban areas, we require the road name and number and location e.g. opposite the post office. In addition a phone number possibly a mobile number will be useful if delivery driver and office wants to contact you.
